Weatherscan woes
« on: April 25, 2008, 11:09:20 PM »
So the one time i watch WeatherScan, its different. My local WxScan unit must be down, cause everything is shifted 30 miles to the south. It also includes Health, Golf, and Gardening segments, that mine normally doesn't. Why does this WxScan, no more than 30 miles south of me have ots of extra segments that mine doesnt?

All the citiez are diff. im SCARED>.......

The more city forecast segments there are, the less extra packages (garden, beach, etc) can show. Some headends also prefer not to have extra packages, and thus they show the local forecast and nothing more. All Philadelphia area Weatherscans showed only the local forecast up until early 2005. I missed those days.
