Since that have Weatherscan on Comcast, then they should of added Weatherscan to Time Waner Cable

Overall, I think he means that he wants his headend to have it.

I think I have seen it on Time Warner, but not Bright House (at least in Central Florida; I wouldn't be surprised if Bright House in Indiana and Michigan got it), yet I don't complain. :no:

I've gone off on a journey to be a moderator at another forum, but this place will forever remain home for me~

No that's not what he means. He means that it exists on Time Warner Cable, but not your specific headend.
