Comcast Question
« on: July 15, 2010, 04:58:07 PM »
Does anyone how I can contact Comcast to request a change to my Weatherscan? I tried calling both 1-800-Comcast and tried contacting my headend via email, but they keep telling me I have to contact TWC for these changes when I know the company has to request the changes.

I posted a topic in the Tech Support area asking to change something on our Wxscan, and the change was made. But it was just a misspelled city.

I can't imagine there is anyway to get through Comcast tech support to someone who actually knows (or cares) about it.

The headend has say of what products to place on a weatherscan

Well, I wanted to ask about adding another forecast product for Moorestown to my Camden Weatherscan because right now there are no city forecast products for our part of the county... I also wanted to ask about adding International. What am I supposed to do?

I've already tried emailing my regional office if they could add International to my area's weatherscan "Brockton" but no reply.

I don't see it necessary. The Weatherscan has Camden, Burlington, and Gloucester. Last I checked, Burlington was a mere 10 miles from Moorestown. What's wrong with that?

Yeah, but look at it this way... Camden and Gloucester City are almost right next to each other yet they each have their own packages.
