Also, what is that icon right above the IP address (to the right)?  I click it, and all it does it have a green "Loading..." banner at the top, and never loads anything ???

That's the Quick Edit feature. Not sure why it's not working for you. :-\

Gil, I checked, and there appears to be no setting to turn it off or on in the Admin CP. So, either it's a setting in your profile, or it's an issue with your browser or internet connection.
