I really don't have the slightest clue why we all see it but you two don't.... :shocked:

The only thing I can suggest is clear your cache. Other than that, I have no clue what would be the issue.

Hmm, I see all the buttons fine..

Here's my hypothesis:

Either they think they've cleared their cache but they haven't, for whatever reason.

                                            OR

They are convinced that its my fault so decided to complain before doing what they could on their end.

It's clear to me that the problem, whatever it is, is on their end because if it was on my end NOBODY would see the button.
