Title: Local Across The 48s #5 October 31st at 7:58PM ET
Post by: TWCToday on October 19, 2009, 06:52:53 PM: I think its time for another Local Across the 48s. I was thinking October 31st but thats just a thought. What times and dates are you guys interested in? :biggrin:

I guess anytime is ok with me, havent decided on a time yet. I will be busy this Halloween but I will set up my VCR obviously. :happy:

We have a replacement on the way, it's supposed to come later this week. However, knowing DISH, that probably won't turn out so well. I would like to do it on Halloween, but it may or may not be possible.

TWC will be running movies on Friday night for four straight weeks starting October 30th. I think we'll have to settle for Saturday to be safe.

I agree, most likely it's gonna be the L-Bar they show, also imo it would have been better to just cut the last hour of WC at 9pm EDT. and if the movie(s) are being shown for 2 hours then until 11pm to cut into the first hour of WCWC so both shows equal out in airtime.

But we usually do it at :58 to get the STAR ID however :08 and :38 make sense.

The main problem is having it so late in the evening. I think that will diminish participation. But perhaps next change we can make a poll to see if enough people will do it.

Well, I know Mike will record both 21872 and 21884 to do it with me, and like I said, I am working on 3 STARs for it, so as long as people watch our videos I suppose it is enough for now.
