If you go to weather.com, go to a selected city, and click on the Monthly tab on the left side you can get the precipitation data for the current month/average.

This is what the TWC logo would probably look like if they updated the logo to better suit the Nov. 2013 graphics update. The wording isn't aligned perfectly, but I may try to correct this.

Here's my work-in-progress WeatherSTAR XL emulation. I dont have the Akzidenz-Grotesk fonts for the emulations yet ().
Edit: I got all of the Akzidenz-Grotesk fonts earlier this evening! I can now start emulating!
