He uses Powerpoint. He is was well known for that on his video emulations but i think he still uses it on concepts

The graphics are based off of the ones in this video below. I still think they should have debuted with those than the ones they did in 2008, I think it has a more HD look to it.

It's the same weather backgrounds used on the current IntelliStar. It was apart of an IntelliStar goodies files Martin posted here a couple of years ago. That's where I got them from.
