What If....Dual Language Local Forecast Concept [ENGLISH/SPANISH]

A random idea I had the other day, What if the Local on the 8s was in English and Spanish?

Weather data is accurate, except the radar and I forgot to change "Cloudy" on the LDL to "Nublado" in Spanish.

I'm not fluent in Spanish so I did cheat by using a translator, so I can't vouch for everything being exactly accurate translated.

Update
-New Titlebar (Loosely based off of our ABC affiliate, WSB-TV HD Titlebar used during weather forecasts. See example photo below)
-Gradient Transparent background (Orange/Blue/Black) overlaying a cloud background
-Ad crawl/Warning Crawl moved to the bottom
-Time/Temp/Date bar moved next to TWC logo on top of the Ad/Warning crawl
-Template now a gradient/transparent purple/blue
-Current wx info bars changed to a solid dark blue

Monday and Tuesday was the ideal Spring type day with temps in the low 80s, but today we got a serious reality check once temperatures plummeted nearly 40 degrees, struggling to get out of the 40s/low 50s! Our high occurred overnight with temperatures falling and holding steady during the day.
