Yes I am aware of several bugs, including: wrong tabs, wrong font on ad crawl, and displacement of NWS logo.

Not really. The only thing I could find wrong were the Temp/Time fonts. I don't have all of the Helvetica Neue fonts, so that will do for now.

We'll never see the 3000 and the XL collide, but that looks about right if it ever did occur. :P  The bottom image is quite realistic.  I might suggest making the background a bit brighter to match with videos that I've seen, but it's good now as it stands. :thumbsup:
