TWC logo is stretched, use "Keep Aspect Ratio" in the toolbox
Crop the image to remove excess transparency
Use these icons: sdk.zip (1.5 MB) (http://j.imagehost.org/download/0869/sdk)

Great! your learning fast. Probably best to crop the ldl though, make it where its just the ldl, not with the transparency, and you'll be good for then. :)

I know that the radar doesn't show any Thunderstorms, I was just too lazy to change it :P
