Well a guy on you tube showed me how. Step 1 go to the national weather service website. Step 2 when you get your radar make sure you only have 2 certain checks in a box and the box is topo and county. Those are the only boxes you need to have a check in. Step 3 go to paint and choose a back ground color for your map. Step 4 at the top of the tool bar on paint you will see a square made by dotted lines click it and make sure you have the green square where its just green without the white back ground. Step 5 after you choose your color background for your map copy and paste the map on paint.
