I'm new at designing graphics and after hours of messing with gradients and drawing lines, I've created this. :D (I messed up on the top banners as you can see, because I didn't use the method I used for the bottom banner. More to come soon)

Intellistar 2 HD Radar. Applied a slight Gaussian Blur since the lines appeared rigidly. Inspired by Donovan. Radar image courtesy of Google Maps.
