You jumped to a conclusion that seemed a little too much. I sent sunlightreport a PM claiming I have some PMX software, but the contents of the message had nothing to do with the subject at hand. It was a link to a video. It was a bait and switch.

Upon second thought -- as funny as that is... It was rather mis-leading because of the "PM" statement and the "I have some PMX software." statement.

Now that I think of it, I think I know why he called it Weathercock. A cock is a term for a rooster. A rooster is on a weathervane. Kind of a stretch, but that is the only explanation I could come up with.
