I couldn't find animated XL weather icons anywhere, so using the still ones, I'll animate them. Here's how snow came out:

I know it's not perfect, but its not bad for MS Paint don't you think?
By the way, I'm not the owner of the icons.
I'll post more as I animate them.

Instead of the original icons for rain to snow, I changed these around:
rain to snow
