Am I allowed to post these?

I've been working on some Intellistar icons, and yes they are the 2010 ones. Before I post *a few of them* aka, 1 or 2. Just to show you guys, and see how they look. They are directly from recordings, but I placed them through an image editor and looped them into .gif files. They have backgrounds because of they way I compiled them, so they are not transparent. I just want to know id its ok? I will upload a video of a few of them, I am only able to get them to animate in PowerPoint or my generic photo viewer on my pc, which they lag in both, but when opened with internet explorer, Firefox, etc. they animate at a pretty decent speed. I would also like to state that they are not 100% crystal clear, for the most part they are anywhere from a 90-95%. Some are a little lower due to the quality of some of the recording I have. This is still a work in progress so I only have like a third of the whole available set....

Once I have them all recorded, edited, and compiled, y next project is to remove the backgrounds, does anyone have any tips or suggestions on how to do it? If not I just figure it out eventually. I actually tried animating the icons by hand, but that was an overwhelmingly long process that didn't give a result I could be proud of.

Here are a couple side by side for better quality.

It looks like they are crapily looped, this was a video, and as a full cycle gif the clouds and lightning were really screwed up, so I shortened it, the individual ones are 95% seamless, unless you slow it down and zoom in like 250% you can tell where i looped it.

I've been getting a lot of good ones like the fog and drizzle, blowing snow, the rain shower with a sun or moon (a.k.a scattered showers)

I, myself have tried to recreate these icons as well. I decided to post the loops in a green screen rather than making a .gif. But I like your loops better since you have more icons. Well done

Wow, thank you! I've been working on removing the backgrounds and although a lengthy process, the results I'm getting from photoshop and after effects are promising, but I'm not out of the woods yet. It's not impossible. Getting these icons is part of a way larger project I'm working on.... but I'll get more into that when I'm ready. Here's a few more, I'm trying to make the loops as perfect as possible.

I'm also still revising these so they aren't final, just some first drafts. Like the blowing snow will be more smooth and continued I was just seeing how it looked, like the thunderstorm icon is final because I spent a lot of time editing it and compiling it, but with a lot of the others I was just in a rush to get some together to show you guys.

Thanks , Like I said before, making them smoother is going pretty smoothly, its just the backgrounds is what I'm having trouble with, but I've got a few tricks up my sleeve before I'm ready to give up.

Well its next week and I still don't have them, mostly because I've been preoccupied with school, but tomorrow I am working on the thunderstorm one frame by frame, I've got high hopes so we will see....
