just an update, i replaced the icons (and also re-aligned the temps correctly, but you wouldn't be able to tell ):

Very good! Though, I suggest u make the icons a little smaller because they seem to overlap the titlebar where "Thursday, Friday, etc..." is located.

hahaha, nice eyes. I was hoping no one would see  . but that happened in the previous image for Philadelphia, but it's not as noticeable as this one.

i was actually going to try out your concept, using the same background i made, and just adding the borders like you did...but the colors (i personally thought) would clash horribly (blue + red =  ) lol. but i'm still going to try that out.
