What channel is TWC/WxScan on in your area?

I really don't get why the ID screen at :57 says TWC is on channel 38, while it's really on channel 61. See here:

Two questions: Was TWC EVER on that channel? And, to your knowledge, does your headend serve any area other than yours?

I remember the channel lineup here was changed back in 2000, but that may have been when we switched cable companies. I'm not sure which other areas my headend serves.

I'm guessing that either 38 is the channel TWC used to be on in your area, and for some reason the ID screen was never updated to reflect the change, or else your head end serves multiple areas, some of which do have TWC at channel 38.

Speaking of the channel number on the station ID, my IntelliStar in Hanover hasn't shown the channel number since at least mid-December.

I know PacBell carried a 4000 in Monterey which is close to your area. PacBell is now bought out by Comcast

That's basically the digital cable version of The Weather Channel's Local on the 8's that runs 24/7 with occasional commercials, they also run full length songs and when it debuted it ran mostly full length Trammell Starks songs.
