Starting today, Time Warner Cable customers in Texas with HD service will be able to see TWC HD. See the entire article:

yeah, but i live with my grandparents, and they don't believe in "modern technology" :P. so nope, i'm not interested because i do not have hd. (and probably won't) now as for digital tv, they're gonna be forced no matter what, so whatever haha.

Probably not, since IIRC the HD STAR is not to be finished until later this year, but correct me if I'm wrong.

IntelliSTAR. There may be a few XL's, but mostly IS's.
