HBC Keeps making TWC Freeze

My Area got This Cable Company called HBC Back in 2012-2013 We didn't get it Until December 2016 (We Formerly had Mediacom and Charter) For the past Month TWC Either Loses Audio Turns Black or Completely Freezes What's happening?

I thought I was the only one having this issue.  My TWC keeps on "shaking - until I find the right word" It have been doing that since last year I think. I thought it was my tv signal.
