We installed Cox when we first moved to Arizona. Repairmen were crappy. CS were not helpful at all and one told us to shut the "f" up.
Seriously? I would of filed charges if they said that to me. :o

While Comcast's customer service might not be the best, they were never that harsh.

They come awful close. I've had the displeasure of sharing the phone line with a number of not so nice CS reps. And I'll never forget the day I had a repairman come out to my house-he went down the basement, was there for all of a minute or two, and then came back upstairs and proclaimed with certainty that the problem was my fault. My wiring must be bad or something. I knew that was not true, and after another repairman came out it was determined that the problem was at the pole.

When I moved to the Omaha area I had good service with Cox, when compared to Time Warner that was in Lincoln and especially better than Charter in Wahoo.  They were very nice and apologized because they were busy and I would have to wait a whole 3-4 days to have a technician to come out, two times in Lincoln and once in Wahoo (yes we have moved a lot, but settled down now) we had to wait anywhere from 1 1/2 to 2 weeks.  I only switched to Dish now because it's cheaper.
