Title: DirecTV/TWC Volume Issue?
Post by: Trevor on September 12, 2010, 08:22:25 AM
For some reason, with my HD DVR DirecTV reciever, TWC has to be at 30 dBz., when all other channels have to be at no more than 15 dBzs. (Saying that TWC is VERY quiet.) This is only on our HD DVR, but our DVR reciever and our regular reciever have no problem. If you have DirecTV HD DVR, please post if this is happening to you. I am 100% sure it is not the TV, unless the TV hates TWC (it only happens on TWC)  :P

Thats how TWC HD is.. Any live segments or Trammell will be on low volume and ads & locals will be loud

Some TVs and DVRs ( I think) have volume equalizers that adjust the high and low volume levels to make it more convenient.  Do you know if your devices do this?
