I clicked the link, and I didn't get any pop-ups, any spam, or any viruses. It just took me to WLFI-TV's website. On that link that he posted, its really a news artical talking about Comcast moving some of the channels to a different channel package.

Comcast Cable customers could face charges because of channel switch

Tippecanoe County, Ind. (WLFI)  Comcast cable changed four channels from analog to digital earlier this week.  The switch caused some confusion for many customers.  Comcast originally said digital cable boxes would be free for a year than customers would be charged $1.99 a month.  Some subscribers reported to NewsChannel 18 that the digital boxes would be four times that price.

"I called where ever they were at and they said a tech would bring it out, but it wasn't going to be $1.99 a month, it would be $7.95 a month," said Harold Pierce who can no longer watch the Hallmark channel since it moved to a digital frequency.

NewsChannel 18 spoke with Comcast's Regional Vice President of Customer Service, Mark Apple, again and clarified the pricing structure.

Subscribers with limited basic cable can get a free digital box for a year and will be charged $3.95 cents a month after that.

Those with full basic cable can get a free box and will be charged $1.99 a month after a year.

Digital starter customers can get more boxes for $1.99 a month. The charge starts as soon as it's installed.  Digital preferred customers can add boxes for $7.95 cents a month.  Again that charge applies from the time the box is installed.

Only limited basic and full basic customers can get free installation of the digital boxes.  All other subscribers will be charged $19.95 if a technician comes to the house to install more boxes.

You will need a digital converter on every TV you plan to watch digital channels from Comcast on.  Comcast says you can now pick up digital converters at its Creasy Lane location and it is not necessary to have a technician install the boxes, you can do it yourself.

Now, for some reason, my headend isn't pulling the proper IntelliStar unit for some reason. It is pulling a unit from Woodbury or something, and it's ticking me off very much. I would much prefer the Camden area one that I had been getting since 2006.

Are you still getting this issue? If so, I'll go ask TWC's Star department about this for you. I've had a similar issue where I saw your IntelliStar awhile back, but it never lasted this long.

I'm still pulling the Woodbury/Clayton, NJ one to this day, they haven't fixed it yet...

If you're still getting it, its possible that either 21873 merged with the Woodbury Star (I believe that is #21862) and they just didn't modify that IntelliStar's configuration yet, or your Star failed and they are using 21862 as a backup feed while a new IntelliStar is being shipped to your headend.
