I found a local cable promo of TWC. This is really an old promo that was re-aired recently.
 

 
I even think thats Allen Jackson's voice doing the voice-over in that promo.

Yea, that's my video, look at who posted it

I put it up on here a few months ago, as you can see it was like 81º! I wish it was like that here now, its 48º now.

Yeep! That's a...WEATHER STAR XL V2!?

And yet the cable provider has an IS. (There's an IS at the end, and KP's STAR ID begins with a 2, i.e. IntelliStar.)
