Charter to acquire Time Warner Cable and Bright House Networks

Well not too long ago, after Comcast backed out of the Time Warner merger, Charter offered a bid for Time Warner Cable and Bright House Networks. The FCC started the approval process last week.

You can if you wanna get ahead of things. We may not notice the change now, but the Time Warner Cable name will soon be phased out in a matter of months.

Not at the Time Warner headend in Tulsa (I have a relative that lives there), the still tell me that the headend, and guides, even all references online still identify it as 'Time Warner Cable' I think that they have not yet changed most, but it could end up with Charter not dissolving the name at all, or just making it optional to move over to the 'Charter Spectrum' brand name.
