ok. Connect the cable between the cable box and the camcorder. TWC should show up right away. Click record, record it, the entire high quality clip would be captured. Use your USb cable and connect the camcorder to the computer so the video can upload it there. Save it and you should get a high quality clip without a tv tuner!
