I am allergic to certain things/

I'm allergic to a lot of things, like grass, milk, acacia trees, cedar, dust, pollen, and pet dander. However, I'm not allergic to poison oak or bee stings.

I've noticed that when I'm dehyrated (like I am most of the time), my voice becomes very deep and raspy. And when I'm properly hydrated, I sound like a girl.

That's part of the problem. I'm not a heavy drinker but even I do drink something, it's usually Gatorade or mango juice.

I found that drinking a full bottle of soda (Sprite, Sparkling Punch, or Fanta Orange) calms myself down.
