I have midyear exams in two weeks, and there is no doubt that I will not pass the English one.

Well, my grade right now for English is an 85%, but I got only 50-60% in both of my comprehension tests. If it weren't for that, my grade would have been an A. If the midterm exam contains mostly comprehension questions (which I really struggle in), then I will likely not get a good grade on it. Fortunately midyear exam grades are separate from semester and marking period grades, so I don't have to worry about them falling.

Same here. So far in my high school career I have not gotten anywhere below a B as my grade (other than midterm and final exams, where I have gotten one C).

NJ schools suck. I miss my school in NYC

Grades are not important to me, as I already have my future mapped out for me. Grades cannot tell me how I will run my life.

I agree, Thunder. NJ schools have major problems with bullies. Ever since I moved here in 2005, I have been having more problems with people bullying me, and teachers don't seem to be much of a help.
