In what year was the "J" flavor local forecast discontinued?

b) 1995
c) 1997
d) 2002

I'm going with b)1995. Lots of flavor changes took place in 1995, so I'm thinking the J got axed that year.

It's (c) 1997. The J flavor was the only flavor not effected by the mass flavor overhaul of 1995. The J flavors continued to play overnights until early-to-mid 1997.
