Banned for it helps to hear that at least someone sees the concept the way I do. Whatever side you're on, you can't truthfully call the information HiRAD puts out "observations".

I wish there was some way to find out the HiRAD formula... I wonder if TWC is keeping it secret for fear of "manipulation"
