Usually I get the message when that happens. In that case I did not, so I did not know you posted. As for disabling it, there is no way that I am aware of.

It sounds silly, but it's a real weather term as it's a number that can be used to determine if air will be able to flow over an obstacle like a mountain or be blocked.
