We don't have that in my neighborhood imp. Mostly everyone is nice and friendly, but we have neighbors who love to drag race up and down the street, a one way street might I add. WTF they would want to do that is beyond me imp.
If they're not doing that they're drunk and partying at all times of the night, God forbid it's a holiday like this past 4th of July where they were lighting tons of firecrackers in the middle of the street. Don't these idiots know they could have caused a massive power outage or worse house fires imp?
