RulesMember Agreement
By posting at TWC Today/TWC Classics, you agree to the following:

-Keep profanity to a minimum. An occasional curse won't be frowned upon, but repeated use will be.

-Slanderous remarks to members or administration are not allowed. Criticism is fine, but slander is not. Later editing or removing your post will not absolve you of punishment.

-Any method of intentionally inflating your post count is not allowed. Keep one-word posts and posts with just emoticons only in the Game Room boards. Any other use of such posts is frowned upon.

-Keep your posts relevant to the topic in which you are posting. Repeated off-topic posting will get you warned.

-Do not repeatedly make a post immediately after one of your own posts in the same topic (known as double posting). Frequent occurrence of double posting will get you warned. Personal threads are excluded from this rule.

-Discussion of illegal methods of obtaining music are not allowed. It is fine to discuss legal methods.

-Do not bump old topics unless you have something useful to add to the discussion.

-Do not post private information about any OCM or musician. Things like addresses, e-mail addresses, phone numbers, marital status, etc. may not be discussed. If you think it may be private, it probably is. Their private business is no one's business but theirs. Please respect that.

-SHOUTING LIKE THIS is not allowed. Most people do not like it.

-You may post articles, but please cite the source and author, so as not to plagiarize.

-Please keep signatures to a reasonable size. You will be asked to remove or resize anything deemed too large. Repeated violation of this rule will result in a warning.

-Your username can be changed at your discretion, but you cannot change it more often than every 3 months.

Process Of Banning:

    * Members who violate the above rules, terms, or conditions will be warned using the standard warning system from 0% to 100%.

    * The warn system is based on the severity of the infraction.  A larger violation or repeat violations will result in bigger warnings.

    * A member will earn a lowering of his/her warning percentage for a period of good behavior at the discretion of the administration and moderation team.

    * If you reach a warn level of 100%, you will be suspended from this forum for thirty (30) days (or longer, if deemed appropriate).

    * Once your suspension is up, you may choose to return. However, if bad behavior persists, you may be banned indefinitely.

    * The administration team has the right to ban a member with no prior warnings if such behavior warrants.

Terms & Conditions:

    * Please remember that we are not responsible for any messages posted. We do not vouch for or warrant the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any message and are not responsible for the contents of any message.

    * The messages posted express the views of the author of the message, not necessarily the views of this bulletin board. Any user who feels that a posted message is objectionable is encouraged to contact us immediately. We have the ability to remove objectionable messages, and we will make every effort to do so within a reasonable time frame if we determine that removal is necessary.

    * You agree through your use of this service that you will not use this bulletin board to post any material which is knowingly false and/or defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, vulgar, hateful, harassing, obscene, profane, sexually oriented, threatening, invasive of a person's privacy, or otherwise in violation of any law.

The TWC Today/TWC Classics Administration Team reserves the right to alter the above rules, terms, and regulations at our own discretion with or without member notice. Failure to comply with the rules of this board will result in immediate disciplinary action as stated under the “Process of Banning” section of the board guidelines. Both your understanding and cooperation are always appreciated.
