Matt, it should be at the top of the forum just under the TWCT banner. If you don't see it, hit that little arrow you see at the top-right corner of the forum to expand the top header of this forum. You should then see what you're looking for at that point. I think you have the top header collapsed, which is why you don't see the two links to view unread posts since your last visit and to view new replies to your posts.
