Title: Signature Lengths
Post by: TWCToday on January 05, 2009, 03:04:09 AM
Can we have a limit as to how long our signatures are? Some people have REALLY REALLY long ones and I find it annoying to have to scroll through a page with 25% posts and 75% signatures.

Just a suggestion anyway.

I hope my signature's ok......

I think he's referring to the ones who have mountains of userbars in their signatures...

Staying within boundaries, I whipped up a guide to help Gary decide how tall signatures should stay within, it's up to him on how tall... A userbar is 350px by 19px each...

There is already a rule in place about this issue. I will take care of those with excessive signatures.

Why don't you just disable your account from viewing signatures?

Why don't you just disable your account from viewing signatures?
Because you shouldn't have to. People shouldn't make their signatures that long...

Not to be rude, but I still see some people here with very long signatures. <_< And good grief, sometimes I even think it's part of the post.

I've been trying not to exceed that limit as well...I got rid of my pictures that were on my sig and kept the text. Don't want to break the rules here.  :hmm:
