How can you tell your current warning level? Or if you ever had any warnings? Thanks.

You would see a warning percentage when you view your profile.  You don't have any warnings, so you won't see anything.

Just an fyi, only you and the administrators can see your warning status. So you don't have to feel a bit embarrassed on how much you're aiming towards a ban. :P
