"Send this topic" feature

I wanted to invite a friend over onto this forum and while doing that I noticed that the "send this topic" feature on all the topics disappeared. Is it possible to bring this back?

Mike, you should see the "send this topic" button on the top right above the first post of any topic.

Not here. All I see is a notify, print, and mark read button. Perhaps you have this feature turned off for non-admins?

It's not showing up for me either. I may take a look at it later to fix.

I disabled it I think a while back since I thought nobody used it. Let me add it back
