Can you increase the file size limit? The video I am trying to upload exceeds the limit, and I don't want to decrease the quality.

Are you able to download it? My HD LF files are intentionally large to preserve quality. I could provide you with a smaller file if you'd like. If you're having issues actually playing it but can download it just fine, let me know, and I'll tell you what to do.

Okay, Victor, you need to download a codec to play the video. I use ffdshow tryouts, which provides support for all kinds of video formats. Make sure support for Xvid and DivX are enabled. I would also disable the mp3 support while you're at it; the default Windows support is better.
