MOD Suggestion: Smileys in topic title

How about the ability to put smileys in the topic title? I'm not talking about the message icon. I'm talking about full fledged smileys in the topic title.

I think it's a little too much to have smileys within the topic titles.  Having the message icon is sufficient enough.

There's only 14 choices in the message icon selection.... That bothers me.

Well, too many is only going to make things look cluttered, so I'm against this idea. We already have a ton of mods on here anyway. One thing that needs to be fixed though is the titles of the message icons. Instead of "icon 1," "icon 2," etc, they should say the names of the emoticons (i.e. happy, sad, question mark).
