I notice that every year, the Weather Channel puts out a list of winter storm names. In previous years, the theme of the list was stated, but this year it wasn't. For 2019-20, it was retro baby names that were making a comeback, and in 2018-19 and 2017-18, they were inspired by the year's most popular baby names. Was there a theme surrounding this year's chosen storm names?
Also, why was Orlena the chosen name for the letter O?
