how do u embed flash things into your signature

Why do you want to embed a Flash object in your signature? :unsure:

because i have something that i want to put in there.

I looked and this doesn't appear to be a feature. So, to allow Flash objects in signatures, I would have to enable HTML in the signatures, which I won't because it's a security risk. Sorry. :no:

There a big FLASH button on the compose window, im looking at it now..

You have to wrap your .swf in that tag (with out the !'s)
