Boat And Beach Forecast ends to black screen?

After the emulator runs the Boat And Beach forecast, it goes to a black screen and continues playing the music. Any help? Thanks!

I have gotten that issue to. Is your BAB at the end of the list? If so, move it to a different package position, That's how I fixed it

I tried that, but when I move the package from the last location to the 4th slot, it completely disappears from the configuration menu in CINE. It must be a bug.

Hmm. For me the Package 6 slot doesn't work.
