This morning, they aired a commercial for the triumphant return of Storm Stories, February 22 at 8.  It made absolutely no mention of Tornado Week, so maybe, just maybe, the return could be permanent!

However...it'd probably yield A&B at 7, SS at 8, WWCH at 9, EE at 10.

My guess is that Storm Stories will replace WWCH when season 2 of WWCH ends.

Which means hopefully EE will air from 9-11 again, and perhaps EEWC will be live 2 hours long.

Speaking of which, it looks like Storm Stories is renewed for syndication.

Clearance announcements started to roll as this year’s NATPE conference in Las Vegas got underway on Monday.
Litton Entertainment announced that Storm Stories, which Litton acquired off of The Weather Channel, will return for season two. Storm Stories, which mostly airs on the weekends, allows TV stations to incorporate local weather talent and news into the show.
Litton also said that its first-run strip Street Court, starring Michael “Judge Mazz” Mazzariello,  is a firm go for fall 2009, with 65% of the country cleared. The show’s clearances in stations in the Barrington, Belo, Capitol, CBS, Cox, Hearst-Argyle, Journal, Local TV, Mission, Newport, Roberts, Sinclair, Tribune and Weigel broadcast groups.
Street Court takes place on the street, with Judge Mazz bringing each litigant back to the scene of the conflict and resolving it there.
Other first-day announcements today: Disney-ABC’s Legend of the Seeker will return for season two, and CBS Television Distribution’s Star Trek: The Next Generation will return to syndication this fall.

And just this morning I saw another SS commercial, calling it "a new season".

I guess (and this is my guess...I was just thinking, maybe) the schedule may come back to normal (like how it was before, meaning A&B at 7, Storm Stories at 8, and EE at 9, with both hours together)

According to Zap2it Storm Stories will indeed be returning at 8PM eastern February 22nd and yes, they will indeed be new episodes. Also on that day both airings of Forecast Earth are being replaced by PM Edition Weekend so the show will now run for 3 hours from 5-8PM eastern.
