Normally I loathe all TWC long-form programming  but I just had to share this.

According to the Chinook Observer, a local newspaper in my area, it says TWC is going to film a new installment of the "Coast Guard" series, called "Coast Guard Northwest." The film crew is going to be in my area for about a year to film 13 episodes for the new show. More info on this show should develop in the coming months.

They have too many "Coastguard" shows already.
-
Start getting nervous when they promote "Coast Guard Nevada."
-
Or Coast Guard Nebraska
-
How bout Coast Guard Missouri or Coast Guard every state and whether it's on the coast or not doesn't matter. :rofl2:
-
It's true that longform had already started by then in the form of "Storm Stories," but I would take that over any of the varying forms of "Lifeguard or Coast Guard [insert state]" that are on the channel today.
However, I do feel that one of these shows may be interesting to those living in the state(s) covered by it. So, I guess I can't really say too much about it until they do a "Coast Guard Texas." (we do get hurricanes at times)
I concur with the above posters that every coastal state will eventually be included along with a few possible extras. B)

I want to see a "Coast Guard
Mississippi Land Mass" :rofl2:

Bump
The new show, "Coast Guard Cape Disappointment", premieres this Sunday at 10PM ET, according to the commercials that have been airing on TWC recently.
Normally I loathe all long-form programming on TWC, but I'll actually be watching this show since it will involve my area. There was a surf rescue drill in my area last May, and a TWC film crew was there to film it for the new show. I also went to check out the drill and took some video of my own. Some of you have probably seen my video already, but if not, here it is:

I hope that the new Coast Guard show will be interesting.

It's not people mining for gold.
So that's a plus.
