Just checked TV Guide.com, and Zap 2 It.com and The new schedule is gone for now.  Is that because of Sandy? However, Longform is still there, in the old time slots. Has anyone heard any thing??????

I could be wrong, but I got the notion that this new line-up wasn't going to start until early next year.   How far in the future are you looking?

Part of the line up was going to start Monday but its not there anymore.

The talk show format of shows they mentioned in the article from this thread were supposed to be on during the daytime hours weren't planned to begin until next year which is why when I posted the schedule Comcast had on their program guide there was only minor differences from the current schedule. Speaking of that, they have reverted back to the old schedule on their program guide for next week as well.

EDIT: They postponed the schedule change to November 12th (Monday) according to Comcast's program guide.

The new schedule starts Monday.
There's a graphic on screen noting during the last 4pm Weather Center Live noting that WCL moves to 5pm-8pm starting Monday.

The graphics are nice!  I don't know what to think about the Lower 3rds, I like them but I hope they won't be red all the time. I wonder how long we'll have the LDL, because under the names in the Lower 3rds, they the TWC Logo, TWC Mobile Logo and the weather.com Logo. It looks really nice!  You only see it when the LDL goes off, and I wonder why they would want to cover that up?  I wonder if we'll see new intros for all shows?

Seems like the breaking news graphics are the template for the new graphics.
Like NBC News graphics package used by WNBC they are mixing serif and sans serif fonts.
On the "Live" and City name graphic they use different fonts.
The only thing I don't like is the full width lower thirds with the moving colors on the sides.

TWC needs to move like other news channels and format for 16:9 and letterbox the video on the SD feed.
It would not effect the LDL.

Do you guys have the open/graphics for First Forecast and On the Radar?   

DP did not get new graphics. They are still using there 2008 graphics.

I wonder why DP gets to keep their original graphics after all these years.  Is DP getting a new name next year?  I also found it odd that stepf only did an hour of morning rush.

Upon further review no shows got new graphics packages.
All they did was change the show logos and intro animations for the shows that got renamed and all shows now have the new live bug and lower thirds.

I wonder why they did not change everything at the same time?

I guess FO is gone and replaced by First Forecast. On the Radar (like Sunrise Weather) is useless because it only airs for 30 minutes and they should of just put First Forecast at that time slot.

Does WUWA still have there April 2012 graphics or did they change it again? I am guessing that WCL still has there 2011 graphics.

The fact that Day Planner didn't get a new set, but WUWA did (and it just got a new set in April) makes me think that either:
a.) Day Planner will be nixed in the not too-distant future, or re-named.
b.) Day Planner will be receiving a new graphics package in the not too-distant future.

All shows from Atlanta use the same studio.
My guess is Day Planner is going to be replaced with the new talk show format in 2013.
They have the Digital Media Center studio with the couch and chairs they can use.
