Both of those seem a lot better put together than "Morning Rush." I like the "On The Radar" one.

I don't see a major difference between any of them, they were all composed in the same manner as far as the openings except WUWA because they're the only ones that used head-shots.

EDIT: Also I've come to the same conclusion that you did that DP is most likely getting axed next year. It makes absolutely no sense to keep being the only show they keep skipping over for graphical changes in the weekday lineup.

Thank you so much!  Do you also mind posting the "Morning Rush" open?

For whatever reason, they flow better than Morning Rush, IMO. Maybe it's just the music. And OTR has that nice touch with the radar beacons over major cities, and central squares in its opening. Shame it's such a short show.

This has probably been asked before, but will the weekend schedule is gonna change, or is it going to remain the same as before?  :dunno:

I don't see any change on my program guide.

Fair enough, out of all of them, OTR I'll admit seems to be the best one.

I agree. The new show line-up after a week to watch isn't that bad. I actually do like the new intros now and the new music. However, I'm still unsettled on the Lower thirds.

Weekned Now has an updated background behind the maps,
Here's the current background the other shows use and the new Weekend Now background.

That background isn't new..  it actually debuted in 2010 and was used through the graphics relaunch in 2011 (when they switched to TruVu Max)

In my opinion, the maps need SOME sort of frame around them (small or large) to not look cheesy.

Map graphics are starting to change to match the intro and lower thirds.
The Max Radar graphic is updated on all shows except Day Planner that was using the old graphics.

Other maps also have the new format,

TWC keeps updating there Lower 3rds and Titlebars every year. They should just stick to one lower 3rd design for 3 years. There is no reason to keep updating there lower 3rds every year.

That's just your opinion, though and not theirs. If they have the money to keep updating their graphics then they can do just that. Money is probably the only reason in my opinion that they would ever even keep the same graphics for more than 2 years.. Besides a change in lower thirds is nothing compared to an entire revamp (or relaunch) simultaneously.
