Because whoever's idea it was has their head up their ass, and the sun never shines in there.  :D

I'm considering not watching TWC as well! I restarted watching it in June 2 of last year, but now TWC is going downhill

I agree with you , but IMO, it's already went downhill in last October because that stupid lower bar  (NOT the blue LDL) thingy (that display weather conditions) Was added during that time, and I'm still sick of it.

What exactly is TWC relying on for their ratings? There's no way even the average viewers can plan their week watching long-form during the primetime hours. That's when people want to know the weather for the next day!

TWC might have had no choice. They don't have that many OCM's in the weekend evening slots.

I just had the most brilliant idea, maybe if they STOP laying off ocms they won't have to resort to doing this, I know the economy has had some influence in those lay offs, but I think they should have been planned out more effectively. There's no way they are going to have any good ratings on weekends. How do they expect people to know the forecast if they can only see it every 30 minutes with that kind of schedule? I can wait for the local news to show a weather forecast instead. Weatherscan could pull in higher ratings than that schedule and it's not even available to everyone as TWC is.
