Weekend morning shows get higher ratings anyway! At least rerun WUWA clips or something!

I agree! I mean, he's not working most Mondays, so he could do one or two days on the Weekend as well! I 100% fully support this pitch.
-
Have an hour clip show of the best of WUWA from the week! Don't even need AL to come in!
-
You know...I'll agree. I've been seeing a trend that Al takes every monday off, which is exhausting Stephanie in terms of traveling back and forth to NY. Al should be on at least Saturdays, so he could make up his Mondays.
-
Glad I am not the only one who thinks so! :)
-
FTW!

No thank you, I like waking up with Ray when he's there.
-
OK I'm confused. I thought a lot of you guys hated Al and now you want to see him on TWC more often?   Am I missing something here?
-
Hey, that is a pretty good thought. I don't think they would re-run an episode, though, because the news headlines wouldn't be the "latest" and the weather wouldn't be current. I fully support the best clips of the funniest things that were said/happened, however.
-
There is already enough al on TWC like we really need anymore?

Yes because he is the super most fantastic awesomeness weather guy around
-
And yet AGAIN I say, I thought a lot of you guys hated Al (including you Martin).   Maybe I'm wrong...was it just WUWA and not Al himself that you all hated? I must be missing something...maybe Al gave you all presents or something.
-
Not to worry this was an inside joke :P
-
In all seriousness, I'm surprised that TWC hasn't already put something from WUWA on the weekends aside from the ads, especially if it's their highest rated show.

Relax, Andy. We're not spoiled or anything. :P

Is Wake Up With Al really their highest rated show? That surprises me. Either people love Al Roker or they can't stand him. I, for one, love waking up with Al. I've always liked his sense of humor and such.

Yes, it's their highest rated show. Weather Center (7pm), YWT, and Weekend View are up there also.

Mornings and weekends are the highest rated shows for TWC regardless whats on. Al and the promotions done by TWC add to that high rating

Actually, while Weekend View's ratings are relatively high, WN's are surprisingly low. Only about 2.7 million as of 2007, which made it the second to least popular show (after WO) at the time. The other weekend live shows (Weather Center, PM Edition) didn't have good view counts either, which prompted the long-form.

ok. No weekend network has as strong numbers as in the week but compared to the ratings weekend shows on TWC are decent. Of course not in the afternoon. No TWC show after the morning hours gets high numbers. I was referring to weekend morning shows.
