Favorite classic slogan
Darr'chelle:
No Place on Earth. At that point, TWC rescued their flagging 5-year-old graphics package and did a 180-degree relaunch that wouldn't be seen for another 11-12 years (the 1996-97 relaunch and new studios were a 180-degree relaunch, as was the HD relaunch).
kpetree10:
Humm... I'm split between "You need us for everything you do" and "Weather you can always turn to" but I think I like the first one better because of the jingle.
CartoonJazzLover:
My favorite classic slogan would be No Place On Earth Has Better Weather.
radiodj1520:
The Classic TWC Slogan Was The Early Version Of "You Need Us...For Everything You Do" Which Was From 1986 To Early 1989.
Lightning:
Sorry for bringing up an old topic, but I have to say my favorite classic slogan is "You Need Us For Everything You Do". That was the first one I ever saw. There were also some big weather events during this period, such as the Saragosa, Texas tornado (May 1987), the 1988 drought, Hurricane Gilbert (September 1988), Hurricane Hugo (September 1989), the cold wave of December 1989 and playlists of beautiful music. "Weather You Can Always Turn To" a close second.
