Yeah. and I am too sad to hear that the name "Beyond The Forecast" will be dropped.
But hey, you know what I just realized? I'm not too sad because I can still see Steph and Mike.

it is sad, but the sad truth is that most of the time since the June Relaunch it was seemingly just another weather segment, and didn't really have much to distinguish it....

I agree. But hopefully with this "relaunch" maybe they'll start using the round couch in the studio?

I wouldn't count on it...I saw a picture floating around somewhere(maybe here?) that showed that the couch is gone. I could be wrong though...

thanks for f***ing up the world once again NBC....I've followed this show since it was WeatherCenterAM....this isn't right. Marshall retiring is one thing, but intentionally moving a key icon from the show that many people attribute to TWC is just wrong, im sorry

I really hope they don't touch the weekday morning schedule...if they mess with First Outlook or Your Weather Today I swear to God....and I was just thinking, did TWC make the show opener graphics or did they hire a company? I know HotHaus Creative made the EE opener, so could they possibly be losing money if they scrapped the show openers for A&B, EE, WO, etc?(if they were made outside TWC)

The year I would pick would be late 2003, after the relaunch. The new programs that debuted and the Stephen Arnold music made that year, and the 2003-2005 era, the best in my book.

Interesting - seems the "Welcome to [season name here]" campaign is gone - and replaced by "Why I Love [season name here] Week." Also - it appears as if they want a specialized campaign every month or so (hurricane and summer week actually overlap!).

I noticed that as well...I'm kinda bummed...I like the "welcome to" campaign...and if "Why I love Winter" was an example, more people are likely to be hating [event/topic here] during the week lol

its not due to shortage but rather ratings...Beyond the Forecast will likely be discontinued in the near future.

as much as I don't want to hear this, it's most likely true...ever since they relaunched in June it's been downhill, especially for A&B and WV...both shows lost their individuality, and are just like any other show...I really don't want to think about this but it appears that we are starting to head back to the "one show name" domination of the early 2000s...

either way I don't like it...A&B should be 2 hours, 7-9, and EE should be 9-11 again...just more changes, not for the better

I was digging around in the TWC Media Kit website and I found the attached logo under the Weather Center tab. Think it was just a mix up or that it's an actual show planned in the not too distant future?
